At Aurate New York, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved making it, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all eligible pieces. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original Aurate packaging and box, ensuring the return slip is included inside before sealing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
